30 years of AUMUND Corporation
With an export rate of more than 95 %, the German
AUMUND Group is a classic example for a successful medium-sized enterprise engaged in the world market. The AUMUND daughter company in the USA celebrated its 30th birthday since its foundation in 1980. Today ten foreign subsidiaries and representative offices form part of the AUMUND Group. Among the more than 700 projects in about 70 US cement and clinker production installations, Holcim‘s major project of St. Genevieve in Missouri, a 12 000 t/d system erected by general contractor FLSmidth, is of special importance.
