Fully-mobile crushing station
Sandvik PF300 With the PF300 from Sandvik a completely new fully-mobile crushing advancement for on-face mining applications is now available (Fig.). The heart of the PF300 is the Sandvik crushing technology. The machine can be equipped with a sizer, double-roll crusher or hybrid-crusher, for any client’s multiple applications. In the development of the PF300, special attention was paid to a compact design. Focusing on the flexibility of the PF300 and its related system, a low design weight has been achieved, when compared to existing models on the market.
Sandvik‘s new and patent-pending technology is characterized by a unique, recently developed stability concept. This idea allows loading of the crusher via hydraulic- or rope shovels without any temporary support, keeping the system fully mobile and rock solid under all conditions while machine excitement is significantly reduced. This not only keeps availability at a high level, but also improves the positioning of the machine. The PF300 can either work in combination with a belt wagon, mobile transfer conveyors, or load bridges as the connecting downstream link to the face conveyor.
