Dedusting of cement mills

Indonesia’s Gresik group covers approximately 80  % of the local cement market. The cement mill producer Loesche received the order for the supply of four cement mills for the new cement-grinding plants Tuban and Tonasa. Loesche relies for the dust removal of the mill on Intensiv-Filter and their modern bag filter installations. Loesche placed an order with Intensiv-Filter including a total of four process bag filters of the type “ProJet mega®” as well as small filters and accessories. The process bag filters are designed for a volume flow of 690 000 m3/h
and a raw gas temperature of 90–120 °C...
