Aerzener Maschinenfabrik manufacture rotary piston blowers to generate conveying air – so far with separately mounted control cabinets. Now, in particular for applications with varying requirements, the rotary piston blower series “Delta Blower Generation 5” has been extended by integrated speed-controlled systems (Fig.), which generate only the required amount of conveying air at the corresponding moment in a predefined range (overpressure up to max. 1 bar, low pressure up to max. 0.5 bar). Depending on the requirements they range between 25 % and 100 % of the speed range. The new all-in-one systems with integrated blower, frequency converter and power unit on one common base frame are immediately ready for operation and, consequently, are ideally suitable for decentralized installation directly at the consumer. They can be operated either as individual systems or interconnected with plants with fixed speed.
