Changes in the Management Board

RHI AG has announced that the Management Board members Dr. Giorgio Cappelli, CSO Steel, and Dr. Manfred Hödl, CSO ­Industrial and CTO (Chief Technical Officer), have resigned from the Management Board of RHI AG to 30.06.2013. At an extraordinary meeting the nomination committee of the Super­visory Board of RHI AG has proposed Reinhold Steiner CSO Steel and Franz Buxbaum (Fig.) as COO. Buxbaum joined RHI AG in 1997 and held management positions in research and production. Steiner held several management positions at the Voestalpine Group and joined RHI in 2012.
