Record order inflow plus new U.S. locations

The consistent expansion strategy Scheuch has pursued is being rewarded with the highest incoming order value ever since the company was founded 50 years ago. The leader in technology for clean air generated more than € 200 million in the fiscal year 2016/17. This record result stands as the baseline for further expanding the group’s home-market activities in the DACH region, i.e., Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and for cross-border projects with the group’s worldwide locations.

At the top of the agenda: steady intensification of our cooperation with two newly acquired subsidiaries in the USA. As a technology leader in the field of industrial air quality control, the Scheuch Group purchased U.S.-based Schust Engineering Inc. along with industrial engineering specialist Camcorp Inc.

Moving forward, the entire North American business volume is to be bundled under the umbrella of a “North America” business unit. Plant and equipment contractor Schust is focussing its activities primarily on the design and development of clean-air technology for the cement sector and other major industries. This engineering company has its own production, installation and commissioning operations. With such a broad base, the Scheuch Group is now able to maintain close-knit ties to customers in North America. Camcorp’s expertise as an equipment supplier, coupled with those of Schust as an engineering and plant contractor, combine ideally for meeting the needs of the market.
