Intensiv-Filter GmbH & Co. KG

The internationally established POWTECH provides the ideal platform for presenting new products as no other comparable trade fair offers such a concentrated range of mechanical process engineering. Consequently, Intensiv-Filter is taking this trade fair as the occasion to première the little brother of its “ProJet mega” series of process filters, which itself was also launched at POWTECH in 2008. The name of the filters of the new, quickly available and inexpensive compact filter series is “ProJet smart”. With volume flows to around 20 000 m³/h, the filters are suitable for a wide range of applications. ProJet smart filters are particularly compact bag filters with attached fan and sound attenuator as well as associated dedicated control. The filters operate according to the jet pulse principle. Cleaning is performed with the highly efficient Intensiv-Filter injector system with ideal nozzle. The new filter comes complete with fully automatic cleaning. Key feature of the ProJet smart (Fig.) is its rugged and proven quality. The filters achieve a high separation rate. The low maintenance requirement coupled with high reliability is a crucial factor in reducing running costs.
