Pointing the way for further growth

From its locations in Spittal/Drau and Feistritz/Drau, the Carinthia-based shredding specialist Lindner Recyclingtech delivers innovative high-tech comminuting equipment and plant components for waste management, for the cement industry and for the processing of valuable materials to the international market. A growth in turnover of 30 % in the business year 2010 now leads to the implementation of the next strategy and investment program amounting to about 3.6 million €. To strengthen the support through the second level, the procuration was given to three members of the management team. Franz Strasser (area director for production and technology), Hans Sagerschnig (area director for commercial management) and Ing. Gerd Tischner (area director for sales and marketing, Fig. from left) were appointed authorized representatives in their fields of responsibility.
The current investment program includes as main fields manufacturing (process and schedule optimization) and organisation (implementation of the new ERP software and ‘Leadership’ development). Furthermore, substantial investment in research and development also continues. This is proved by an ambitious 3‑year project with an additional investment volume of about 1.2 million €.
