Exchange and networking on grinding
More than 75 participants from the cement and allied industries participated at the first Loesche Round Table in New Delhi/India. The Loesche India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Loesche GmbH, Duesseldorf, has been significantly involved in the planning and realisation of this Round Table. The topics were wide ranging and included the presentation of the well-known Loesche technology and also the latest corporate developments like e.g. the 500 t/h Loesche cement mill. The Loesche Round Table India benefited from papers focussing on the cement and allied industries. Additionally, Loesche’s subsidiary in China – M/s. Loesche Mills Shanghai (LMS) had moved to a new location and introduced its new manufacturing/production facility in Shanghai. The Madras Cement Ltd. presented operating experience with the upgradation of the Loesche raw mill with new classifier/vortex rectifier and coal mill for petcoke grinding at the facility in Alathiyur. Also Bharathi Cement presented the results of plant optimisation of the Loesche mills at the facility in Nallalingayapalli. After these two days of theory, the participants had the possibility to visit the cement plant at Dadri. This plant is a stand-alone grinding unit with a Loesche clinker mill type LM 56.3+3C that is in operation without use of hot gases.www.loesche.com
