(57) Field: technological processes. Substance: invention relates to devices for making cement. Furnace includes rotation drive and rotary drum, inside which along its whole length there is helical spring with flat section of turns, made to vary turn pitch by its stretching or compression. Drum is made of sections arranged with formation along internal perimeter of opposed three broken right and left helical lines, as well as three internal helical grooves with identical pitch. Sections consist of two subsections made of three series connected among themselves lateral sides of isosceles trapeziums and isosceles triangles with their bases in subsection are opposed. Sections are interconnected by larger bases of trapeziums while subsections are integrated in section so that bases of isosceles triangles of one subsection are connected to top base of isosceles trapeziums of second subsection, while isosceles triangle bases of second subsection are connected to top base of isosceles trapezoids of first subsection.
