Hazemag provides two crushing plants for Paraiba

The Hazemag & EPR GmbH has received from the Brazilian Brennand Cimentos the contract for two crushing plants for the new cement plant in the state of Paraiba/Brasil. The contract includes a limestone and a clay crushing plant. The commissioning of the two systems is to take place in spring 2014.

The limestone crushing plant is designed for a capacity of 1500 t/h to produce a final product of 95 % < 90 mm. A 2nd product of 95 % < 50 mm may also be produced, but with less power. The hydraulic rebound adjustment works HAZtronic can be changed by pressing a button to switch from one product to another.

The clay crushing plant is designed for a capacity of 300 t/h to produce a final product of 0–90 mm. It operates on the principle of breaking in the horizontal flow of material with a feeder breaker (Figure). The material is fed by a chain conveyor nearly horizontal to a one-roll crusher (feeder breaker). A bunker or concrete foundations are not required.
