Martina Schmidt is the new head
of business unit Recycling I Waste

The Vecoplan AG, located in Bad Marienberg (Westerwald)/Germany, has a new head of business unit Recycling | Waste. Martina Schmidt becomes the successor of Stefan Kaiser, who has left the company.

With immediate effect, in this position the 47-year-old is responsible for all business activities of Vecoplan AG in the markets plastics recycling, alternative fuel processing, recycling of domestic and industrial waste as well as file and data destruction.

Martina Schmidt started her professional career at Vecoplan in 1990 as an industrial clerk. She assumed the lead of the internal sales department in 2010, since 2013 the certified business economist has taken responsibility for the sales of the business unit Recycling | Waste.

With the new function Martina Schmidt belongs to the management team of Vecoplan AG, besides Dirk Müller (head of business unit Wood I Biomass), Markus Claudy (head of business unit Service I Parts), Thomas Sturm (COO) and Michael Lambert (CFO).
