Sika has completed the acquisition of AkzoNobel’s building adhesives business on 01.10.2013. Through its brands Schönox, Cégécol, Casco, Synteko and EriKeeper, the company has a strong ­focus on top quality and ­benefits now from a complementary product portfolio which is well established within important European countries such as Germany, France, the ­Netherlands and Scandinavia.
