National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCB), the apex body in India for research, technology development and transfer, education and industrial services for cement, allied building materials and construction industries, is organizing this International Conference on Cement, Concrete and Building Materials as a follow-up of the 18th NCB International Seminars organized earlier, each with substantial international participation.
