(57) The present invention provides novel green cement based on sulfoaluminate cement and belongs to the field of building materials. The novel green cement based on sulfoaluminate cement includes the following components: 30 - 40 parts of sulfoaluminate cement, 60 parts of limestone flour, 5.0 - 10.0 parts of fluidized bed combustion ash, 0.2 - 0.5 part of sodium gluconate and 0.3 - 0.7 part of a superplasticizer. By limiting a condition of a low water cement ratio, a lot of limestone flour is doped into the sulfoaluminate cement to form a novel hydration product system which mainly including limestones (CaCO3), ettringite and tri-carbon Calcium Carboaluminate Hydrate (C3A.3CaCO3.32H20). Joint actions of the limestone flour, the fluidized bed combustion ash, the sodium gluconate and the superplasticizer change the engineering properties of the sulfoaluminate cement, so that inherent defects of the sulfoaluminate cement are overcame, and the sulfoaluminate cement becomes novel cement.
