Flame dimension
measurement

HGH offer new features to their customers in the cement market, for their Pyroscan28 pyrometric camera. This system measures temperatures in many areas within the video image. Now, the software calculates automatically the flame size in order to assess its shape. The operator can then optimize the burner adjustment and energy consumption during clinker manufacturing process. All measurements are available through OPC connection for automatic data management by the plant control system.
