FLSmidth MAAG Gear (former MAAG Zahnräder AG) has many years of experience in manufacturing gear units. The company was founded in 1913 and quickly expanded into an international group. The first twostage planetary gear unit for a horizontal mill in the cement industry was produced in 1966. Today, the product range includes various heavy-duty gear units for mills and gear solutions for bucket wheel excavators and belt conveyors.
