FLSmidth MAAG Gear announces the opening of a local office in Chennai/India as of November 1st, 2010. India, as a booming market, is one of the most important market places for FLSmidth MAAG Gear. FLSmidth MAAG Gear employs one area sales manager as well as two service engineers who will serve the over 200 FLSmidth MAAG gears in operation in India. The two service engineers are undertaking a thorough training within the group to enable FLSmidth MAAG Gear to offer local services by the second half of 2011.
