Latest developments for plant engineering

At the ACHEMA 2012 in Frankfurt, the software specialist Aucotec for the first time presents a solution that permits to consistently map the as-built status of a plant anytime, even during extensive modification and extension work. Moreover the company shows a new communication platform that can be used to integrate any system for 3-D plant modeling (Fig.) into the ECAE highly efficiently and without additional licensing expenditure. The third pillar of the presentation at the fair is the professional use of the cloud technology as well as a “mobilization” of the maintenance by accessing the plant data via app.
