Ear protection and communication

A new and intelligent hearing protection system from ­Honeywell Safety Products offers safe protection and clearest communication in environments with high noise levels. This is especially the case in cement plants and quarries with a significantly high level of noise originating from the machinery. Using in-ear dosimetry, the earplug’s integrated microphones measure every sound that penetrates the ear of the user, and allow continuous monitoring of the individual noise exposure. Audible and visual signals indicate when the daily noise dose is reached.
