Gypsum mill for Algeria

Grenzebach BSH from Bad Hersfeld/Germany has ordered a Gebr. Pfeiffer vertical roller mill of the type MPS 100 GC for a plant in Bou Saada/Algeria. The MPS mill is designed for the grinding and calcining of 14 t/h of natural gypsum at a residual crystal water content of about 5 % and a product fineness of 0.2 % residue on 0.200 mm.The scope of supply includes the complete mill with classifier and the feed rotary lock as well as the expansion joints upstream and downstream of the mill. In 2013, GPSE supplied two mills to Grenzebach.
