Five Loesche VRMs for the top cement producer in China
The Chinese Shanxi Biological Cement Co. Ltd. has ordered five new vertical roller mills from Loesche Mills (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. The order includes two RM mills and three clinker mills with complete mill key parts, housings and frames. Moreover, Shanxi is building two 4500 t/d clinker production lines in FuPing as well as a 1.8 million t/a ground granulated blastfurnace slag (GGBFS) production line in Gaoling. Another plant for 1 Million t/a clinker grinding station in HuangLing is being planned.
Shanxi Biological Cement Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary company of Shanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. Now they have merged two local cement companies with 800 000 t/a clinker and one building material company with 100 000 t/a building material. After the realization of all production plants, Shanxi Biological Cement will become the top cement producer in Western China, with an annual cement production of ten million tons.
The contract has been signed and has been effective since February, 2012. The components are scheduled to be delivered in 2013. Commissioning is planned for the middle of 2013.
