High performance truck bag loader
with above-average machine availability

Haver & Boecker has expanded its bag handling product range for bulk products of any kind. The Haver & Boecker SpeedRoad is a compact, efficient, economic and fully automatic system for loading filled bags directly onto trucks. The truck loader is the result of decades of experience in packaging, filling, loading and shipping. As an improved version of known systems, it has positioned itself on the market within a very short period and has already been sold and delivered to numerous African and Asian countries.

The SpeedRoad assembles the bags that come from the conveyor belt of the packing machine to form a stacking pattern inside the machine and puts them down onto the truck in layers. It thus ensures a perfect layer pattern. Once the truck has been loaded, the packing machine moves into waiting position until the next truck arrives unless there is a second loading system assigned to the packing machine.

With the SpeedRoad, 3000 bags per hour can be loaded onto trucks in stable stacks. It is suitable for different types of trucks and bags, and provides for selectable loading patterns. It is also possible to load pre-positioned empty pallets onto the truck. The new easy-to-install bag handling system convinces by its rugged and reliable construction. This system is an electromechanical system – without hydraulics and pneumatics. Its low installation height is particularly advantageous in case of plant modernizations or retrofits. A user-friendly touch panel control and optional camera monitoring facilitate the operation of the loading system which is easy to maintain due to its optimal access. The customer benefits from reduced loading, waiting and delivery times, a high loading capacity, a high user safety, and independence from staff.
