We value health and safety as the most important assets for the well-being of our society. The coronavirus is influencing all of us, all around the world. These are challenging times.
We at KHD Humboldt Wedag continue to adapt our business in response to the COVID‑19 pandemic and would like to give an update on our ongoing actions to ensure health and safety of our employees and our business partners, while maintaining continued operations. Effective March 23rd we have closed KHD headquarters in Cologne and other sales entities and offices around the world. At the same time we can assure you that we remain fully functional. Our operations are not impacted as all our employees are efficiently working from home to ensure continuous business with no or only marginal disruption. Essentially, there will not be any changes to how you can get in touch with us. Communication channels such as e‑mail or phone will remain active and we are going to strive for smooth communication. Based on the guidance and recommendations of the local health authorities and the government, we will keep working from home for as long as it is necessary. KHD Humboldt Wedag is prepared and aware of its social responsibility.
While we constantly monitor the development of the COVID‑19 situation, we will continue mitigating actions, minimize impact, and plan for an agile return to normalcy once the restricting factors are lifted. While we are doing everything within our capability, under the limiting circumstances outside of our control, we ask for your patience where our response time might not be according to our normal standard.
