(57) Provided in the present disclosure are a titanium composite corundum silicon carbide wear-resistant castable material for a kiln outlet of a cement kiln, and a preparation method therefor. The titanium composite corundum silicon carbide wear-resistant castable material is mainly composed of the following raw materials in percentages by mass: 15%-20% of 3-5 mm fused white corundum, 15%-25% of 1-3 nun fused white corundum, 15%-25% of 0-1 mm fused white corundum, 2%-8% of 1-3 mm 97 silicon carbide, 5%-10% of 0-1 min 97 silicon carbide, 2%-8% of a 200-mesh 97 silicon carbide, 5%-15% of 0-1 nun titanium-reinforced corundum-based refractory material, 10%-20% of a 200-mesh titanium-reinforced corundum-based refractory material, 5%-10% of an activated aluminum oxide powder, and 5%-8% of an aluminate cement. The product prepared by means of the present disclosure has excellent wear resistance, is applicable to the kiln outlet portion of a cement kiln, can effectively prolong the safe operation period of a rotary cement kiln, and increases the yield and decreases the consumption for cement enterprises.
