(57) The present disclosure provides a calcined cement clinker-based method and system for obtaining a high-concentration carbon dioxide flue gas. The system comprises: a rotary kiln, provided with a smoke chamber and a kiln head cover, the rotary kiln surrounding an electromagnetic induction apparatus along the length direction, and a pressure sensor and a gas analyzer being disposed in the kiln head cover; an air cooling apparatus, configured to cool, by using air, a clinker produced by heating and calcining a raw material in the rotary kiln by means of the electromagnetic induction apparatus; a first heat exchange apparatus, configured to perform heat exchange between the raw material and a flue gas produced by calcining the raw material in the rotary- kiln; a second heat exchange apparatus, configured to perform heat exchange between the raw material and the air after the heat exchange; a first fan being mounted in a flue gas pipeline and configured to discharge the flue gas after the heat exchange; a second fan being mounted in an air pipeline and configured to discharge the air after secondary heat exchange; and a control apparatus, configured to regulate rotation speeds of the first fan and the second fan, so that the carbon dioxide concentration is reduced to a threshold and the pressure value is reduced to a preset range. The system provided in the present disclosure can obtain a high-concentration.
