(57) The heating complex of the cement kiln or lime kiln or high heat consuming devices consists of a separate pyrolysis reactor (A) with a raw material input (C) of disintegrated/crushed tires. The pyrolysis reactor (A) having a hot steam gas mixture outlet (F) at the top, which is immediately introduced into a cement kiln (B) or lime kiln (B) or into a device with a high heat consumption. The pyrolysis reactor (A) at the bottom has a combined pyrolysis carbon outlet (H) with a steel cord exit (D), wherein at least the pyrolysis carbon outlet (H) is introduced into a cement kiln (B) or lime kiln (B) or into device with high heat consumption. The pyrolysis reactor (A) has an additional solid organic waste inlet (E) at the top. The pyrolysis reactor (A) is continuous with the mixing device and the heating device (I) of the pyrolysis reactor (A) included. Immediately introducing the outlet (F) of the hot steam-gas mixture from the pyrolysis reactor (A) into the cement kiln (B) or the lime kiln (B) or into the high heat consumption device is thermally insulated (K). The disintegrator / crusher outlet (J) of the pyrolysis reactor (A) is connected to the raw material input (C) of the disintegrated/crushed tires (J).
