Lime fertilizer info at DLG Field Days 2014

At the DLG Field Days at Bernburg on stand VG 21, the German Düngekalk-Hauptgemeinschaft (DHG) will provide information from 17.06.-19.06.2014  about the benefits, quality and optimum uses of natural lime in agriculture and forestry. On the walkable soil profile and different demo plots information will be given about the impact and importance of the optimal use of lime in agriculture, grassland and vegetables. Which pH and lime supply should be aimed at the different types of soil and in the crop species? What are the advantages of free lime in clay and silt? What effective speed offer different lime fertilizers and which is the most effective application technique?
