(57) A Portland cement-free cementitious binder composition, said composition comprising: ground granulated blast furnace slag and/or pulverized fly ash; an alkali metal oxide; an alkali metal phosphate; an alkali metal fluoride; nano alkali metal carbonate; and an alkali metal sulfate. Preferably, the slag is present in an amount ranging from 80 to 90 % by weight of the composition.
